Additionally, it’s important to package the graphic card appropriately to avoid further damage during transit.     At this time, we primarily operate as a drop-off repair service. We do accept repairs via post so feel free to contact us.

    In the event that a customer does not respond to communication attempts or fails to pay the repair fee within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to retain the graphic card after a period of six months from the initial contact. This policy allows us to manage our inventory and ensure that we can continue to provide efficient service to our customers.
